• Roadside – prominent development sites from 0.25 acres suitable for Drive Thru Restaurants, Trade Parks, Hotels, and Car Showrooms, Convenience Stores etc.

 

• Residential – niche residential sites from 0.5 acres

• Strategic Land – land adjoining conurbations from 1 – 200 acres.
