We purchased a former nursing home and 15 ground rents with a chequered planning history and failed planning appeal for residential development. After extensive consultation with local residents, The Parish Council and Cornwall Unitary Authority we obtained planning permission to build 28 bespoke contemporary apartments.

The completed affordable element was sold to Coastline Housing Association for the sum of £1,320,000. The scheme has recently been voted “the most desirable place to live in the South West”
Phase 2
The prestigious new development comprised sixteen two and three bedroom superior style apartments, each with balconies overlooking the Camel Estuary and towards Rock and beyond.
The apartments sold well, despite the most prolonged downturn in the domestic market within the last 50 years.
