We negotiated the release of a restrictive covenant imposed by B&Q and built a single storey retail warehouse extending to 6,500 sq ft. The unit was subsequently sub-divided and let to Tile Giant and GSF Car Parts on institutional leases. The subsequent Investment was sold to a private fund.
