Surveyor with 30 years agency experience. Niall trained with a Birmingham based Practice before joining Granada PLC and subsequently Ratners PLC, focusing on the management, acquisition, disposal, lease renewals and rent reviews of their portfolios throughout the United Kingdom. After re-joining Lambert Smith Hampton (formally Neale & Aldridge), he set up his own private practice and for the last 15 years has specialized in development consultancy. Paul Bullock

 

Quantity Surveyor having spent 16 years with Y. J. Lovell and 16 years with Mowlem PLC. Paul managed the Mowlem PLC property development business, during which time he completed developments of approximately £200 million, ranging from large Out-of-Town Retail Parks through to Inner City mixed use schemes.
